Nature of Complaint: I was charged by my team members, to pay the 100/- participation fees for all our teams aspirants. Unfortunately used the wrong process to pay the aspirants participation fees. I used the paybill number 4069433 and used the aspirants ID numbers as the Account number. I didn’t generate the required reference numbers by dialing *483*036# . After paying for 126 aspirants which is KSH12600 (Kenya shillings Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Only), and I was not receiving the confirmation messages, is when I realised my mistake. I am sending copies of the mpesa messages of these payments to neb@odm.co.ke

Reliefs Sought: I am kindly asking for the Said monies to be refunded to me as soon as possible.The mpesa mobile number I used to make the payments is 0721425553
