Nature of Complaint: I participated in the sub-branch elections for Ang'orom Ward, Teso South Constituency, Busia County. I garnered 33 votes, defeating my opponent, Stephen Odongo, who received 11 votes. However, I was shocked to learn that my opponent was uploaded as the winner after the presiding officer, Rose Wandaki (phone number 0711532157), failed to upload the results at the close of voting. It has now emerged that the uploading was done today, April 8, 2025, and my name, as the duly elected Ang'orom Ward chairperson, along with those of other affected delegates, has been altered.

Reliefs Sought: The relief sought is that I along with the other affected delegates in Ang'orom Ward, Teso South Constituency, should have our rightful results recognized. However, if necessary, I am prepared to participate in a fresh election. I request the nullification of the results, as the irregularities will impact the branch elections scheduled for tomorrow, April 9, 2025.
