Nature of Complaint: 1.The presiding officers were known supporters of the area MCA who had an interest in the election namely; -George Amenge -Geoffrey Oduor Odingo -Alford Omondi Polo -Robert Ouko chore -Wilfred Omondi Ochieng Ochola 2.The MCA came with goons with Pangaea and rungus to attack the party members who revolted against the partisan presiding officers and violence ensued and he ran away with the presiding officers. 3.Therefore, there was no ODM grassroots election in luckysummer. 4.The purported list that was submitted by the R.O was therefore manufactured. 5.This there means the officers who were to preside over election were compromised. 6.This petition is supported by many parties including;- 1.Vincent Omondi Odero 2.Ruth Ahono 3.Terry Adhiambo
