Nature of Complaint: 1. The purpoted Presiding Officers were known sympathisers of local MCA, who is an interested party. 2. One presiding officer by the name Stephen Omondi is not a member of ODM Party, and vied against ODM candidate during last General election. 3. Having noticed the above the crowd chased away the Presiding Officers. 4. Therefore no election commenced. 5. Consequently, the purpoted delegates list submitted is manufactured and does not reflect what happened on the material day.

Reliefs Sought: 1. A repeat of a credible grassroot election. 2. A constructive and meaningful concensus involving all parties.
